Hi and welcome to Mind-Body Counseling & Training Center!

I’m Joanna Trevino and I’m the owner of Mind-Body Counseling & Training Center. I’m also a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S). I’m excited to meet you and to introduce you to our private practice team.

At Mind-Body Counseling & Training Center, we’re all licensed professionals who have been providing counseling to Texas residents for over 10 years. We also provide life coaching services to people all across the United States as well as some international locations.

We offer virtual tele-therapy and in-person sessions. We see clients for individual, couples, family and group therapy.

We work to empower you to learn how to help yourself create the kind of life and relationships that you want.

We specialize in mind-body-energy therapies. Efficient and effective therapies are integrated into talk therapy to create a unique, highly individualized therapy experience that’s the right fit for you.

These therapies include hypnotherapy, breath work therapy, EMDR, meditation and mindfulness, Reiki and other energy work, EFT, sand tray therapy, and expressive arts therapies.

Clients choose to see us in therapy to work on stress, burn out, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjustment challenges, trauma, post-traumatic stress and relationship challenges.

We offer reduced fee counseling at $85/hour with Licensed Professional Counselor-Associates who are supervised by Joanna Trevino, LPC-S. See website links on our profile for LPC-Associates Adriana Canales, LPC-Associate and Courtney Morris, LPC-Associate.

We also offer therapeutic groups and group trainings in mind-body-energy skills such as meditation, sound meditation, breath work and Reiki. We offer other therapeutic groups on topics such as anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment and trauma recovery.
