Working with Ross is an inspiration. I worked with him directly at an international media corporation on a number of projects, and learned an entire different side of the business from him. When I moved into teaching, he came into my class many times to speak with students. His ability to remain calm under enormously stressful circumstances were something I always admired about him, and so I was extremely pleased to see he has now made this move. Ross takes the time to LISTEN, which is something that has become an almost lost art. By this, I do not mean just hearing, but LISTENING to what someone is saying.
