Hard work and dedication. A good support team and system. Here at Mill Fitness Strength & Conditioning, we’re not here to carry you to fitness goal, we’re here to motivate you to carry yourself to your fitness goals.
What do you love most about your job?
The part I love about being a personal trainer is I get to help others achieve obstacles in the fitness path, by helping them stay focus on the journey.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I got in inspired to start my own business from individuals coming up to me and ask “Are you a Personal Trainer?” At the time I knew of personal training but not how to become a personal trainer. So, for me it was a calling. I always been the person to help others.
