Milette's Cakes is one of the best backery's in Plainfield. There cakes and cupcakes are so beautiful and amazing. There flavors are on point, there decorations are beautiful, and the texture of the cake and cupcakes are perfection. They have a lot more than cakes and cupcakes though. Another amazing cake from Milette's! We ordered a rainbow birthday cake for my daughters 3rd birthday party. I knew it would look amazing but the taste was even better than I remember. We chose buttercream this year so that might have amped it up. We had a Milette's cake for her 1st birthday that needed to be fondant. I was happy to be able to do buttercream this time. It's so much better and Milette's version did not disappoint! Everyone kept remarking at how moist and delicious the cake was and it was just a multicolored vanilla flavor. I provided pictures of what I wanted and even changed the cake almost completely at the last minute. They were very patient and accommodating. The finished cake was exactly how I imaged. Delivery was also right on time. We had a little left over that I refrigerated. I took it to work two days later and everyone loved it there as well. I also think they are more competitively priced compared to other bakeries in the same league. Milette's is pretty far from us but definitely worth the delivery charge! More...

I have trusted Milettes to make our cakes on several special occasions and everytime I get exactly what I ask for! The cakes are DELICIOUS and I am not a cake person. I just ordered my 4th cake today for my sons first birthday and I am so excited to see what they come up with. A close family member is now using her for their wedding cake because they LOVED every cake we have gotten and they live 45 mins away so that says a lot. I've been getting cakes from Milette's for quite some time already and they've been doing a superb job! Their cupcakes are also really good! My personal faves are the pistachio raspberry (which, by the way, is one of their winning cupcakes in Cupcake Wars) and mocha nutella. They have really huge brownies, too! I LOVE Milette’s cakes!! Ok so I’ve ordered cakes from here for pretty much every important occasion, my daughter’s first birthday and second, my son’s baby shower, and hopefully in the near future my son’s first birthday! I’ve had different themes and honestly each time, without exception, the cakes came out so beautifully and professionally made, not to mention they taste AMAZING. Not once has it ever come out dry or bland. Their communication with you up until the very last detail is something I appreciate and love. Any design you want, they can make it happen! The last cake I ordered I had the pleasure of working with and meeting Milette personally and she is honestly the sweetest person and super down to earth. You can tell that she really loves what she does and has a passion for this and has a great team working with her to make each experience wonderful and unique. Milette's is awesome; not only are their cake flavors delicious and unique, but they are also a winner of cupcake wars! They really worked with our idea of our cake and provided classic flavors along with unique flavors. Everyone at the wedding loved the cake!
