I can’t even begin to express how AMAZING it was working Milan Event Floral and the flawless job they did for our wedding! We were able to set up an appointment with them during our tasting where we were able to review the details of our wedding and pick out the items we liked in their studio. Anthony was so great to work with!! He even gave us a ride back to the Casa Marina after our tasting and was just so personable and you could tell he had a real passion for what he does. They completely nailed the vision I had for our wedding and brought it to life! The flower arrangements were absolutely stunning! The only hiccup we had was that I had changed the boutonnieres last minute so when Anthony delivered them – he had delivered the original boutonnieres which I told him was no big deal! However, sure enough 30 minutes later he came back with the updated boutonnieres (which was completely not necessary!!) If you need the perfect florist in Key West – HIRE MILAN EVEN FLORAL! Peter and the guys at Milan event are awesome! I was concerned in spending money on something I could not immediately have a picture of but they delivered exactly what I visioned for my wedding and then some! !! Everything was gorgeous. They delivered to our ceremony location at Oldest House, our reception location at Bagatelle, our cake guys at Key West Cakes, and our rental house to deliver bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières! We had one issue with the corsages as they were wristlets and we ordered pinned corsages, but they took care of it immediately and returned to our house in 30 minutes with the corsages. These guys are beyond awesome and know their thing. Plus all our other vendors knew them and said they were awesome, quick and efficient!! Perfection! Everything was perfect ~ even better than i had imagined. Doing a destination wedding and having to rely on vendors that you don't always have an opportunity to meet in person can cause some anxiety but Peter was great! Everything was wonderful!!

They were terrible from start to finish. Multiple miscommunications that started from the very first phone call. It's apparent that Kenneth and Peter do not communicate very well. They ruined my reception by giving me tacky shiny aqua table linens when I had requested mint. They ruined my dream reception. My only chance for my perfect wedding and they messed it. They refunded the cost of the linens but it doesn't matter. They ruined the day. And the rest of the money we spent. They were super expensive and awful. DO NOT USE MILAN FOR YOUR WEDDING! There are a few times in life when you are introduced to a person or business that you just know you have found exactly what you were looking for. My girlfriend and I chose Key West as our wedding destination and we toured many properties looking for the perfect place. At almost every property there were amazing floral arrangements and each time we found out they were the work of art of Milan Events. When we mentioned that we thought we would like to use Peter Milan to our wedding coordinator at the Casa Marina, she said he was the best so we set up an appointment. From the moment we walked in and met Peter and Kenneth we knew we were in fabulous hands. They listened to what we wanted, they did not push us out of our budget at all, and they offered alternatives for us to think about. They are so much more than just a florist though. They handled the event flawlessly with the hotel with decorations, chairs, lounge seating, and yes amazing flowers. We wanted a beach reception but mother nature and a concert on an adjacent property changed our minds with little time to spare. Peter and his staff took it all in stride, made the last minute changes and put together a stunning wedding and reception for us. Peter and his team at Milan Event Florals were awesome. I attended an event in NYC where Milan provided the flowers. The design was so unique I asked if he would be able to do my wedding at Trump National Golf Club in Colts Neck, NJ. He agreed and really made the process so stress free for me. He and his team were so professional and such a pleasure to work with.Peter flew up a few days before the wedding and worked from a local studio. It was flawless truly. When I got engaged, Milan Event was the only company I thought of for the flowers and decor for our big day. I've witnessed the decor done for other weddings and knew I wanted my event to look clean and elegant. Even though the flowers were beautiful and his calm demeanor was refreshing and appreciated among the common stress that comes from wedding planning, I really appreciated the non-spoken details he made happen for our big day. He added petals to the sides and back of the aisle that made the ceremony more romantic. He also added a flower arrangement to the welcome table that made it look beautiful! We had an anniversary party at our Inn last week and the guests used Milan Events for flowers and Linens. Everything was top notch and a perfect match for the setting. Peter has a keen eye for color and style. Everything was just perfect and all the guests were extremely pleased. We even had a photographer come by to take photos so we could add to our web site.
