Mike was nothing short of amazing. Over the course of a month he helped me to come up with an at home and gym workout plan, coaching me the whole time. He is very knowledgeable about different exercises, form and even what to eat to maximize gains. He was always prompt and professional and very encouraging. Any time I had questions even outside of our scheduled time he would reply quickly with an in depth response. I always start by listening to the client with intent. I ask specific questions to better understand what category the client falls in. Once their situation is established I try my best to motivate my clients daily, I make sure they see consistent but realistic results. I make dietary recommendations if necessary because you cant out train a bad diet! The end goal is an enjoyable, custom tailored plan that works 100% of the time.

There is no secret to getting the body of your dreams. Its incredibly simple in all actuality. You first must figure out what is most important to you, losing weight, gaining muscle, getting better at running, swimming, or anything relating to fitness. Once you figure that out you can start working towards slow but steady improvements in that field. After staying consistent progress isn't always linear but it is inevitable.

I love that I can take what I've learned from my fitness journey and implement that to bettering peoples lives.

I have always wanted to do something involving fitness and once I realized how to monetize this service I knew starting a business made sense.

I believe you should choose me as your personal trainer because I have a wide variety of expertise in fitness. I have overcome many physical and mental battles during these past few years and the main thing that improved my life was active. After my diagnosis of auto immune non-neoplastic limbic encephalitis in 2020 my life took a 180. I was 19 at the time and had to fight extreme anxiety/depression and only found relief in the gym. My goal is to help as many people as I can.

Assuming the client lives within 15 mile radius of me I do in person service. Everything else is virtual.

I changed to mostly zoom meetings in 2021-22 but now that things are calming down more people are comfortable with in person sessions.
