What do you love most about your job?
I love my job because I get to see the positive impact that my company makes within the community, myself and my have team-built Midwest from the ground up, with One simple goal in mind, which is to provide our clients with affordable and effective security guard services! I get calls from a wide range of diverse communities and businesses all having some form of security related issues. The clients explain to me what their issues are, and we come up with a plan to solve the issues, through this effective communication and repour, we have maintained stellar reviews from our clientele about our services. So, in conclusion to know we are accomplishing our goals and making a difference is what I love about my job!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Through working in the private security industry for many of years, I sought the need for a private security company that put morals before money. I promised myself that when I started my company, I would not focus on the dollar but focus on the employee who helps bring it to the company. I can sit here and explain every last thing I've done to accomplish this, but our clients see the difference when they hire us!

Quality, here at Midwest we strongly focus on the quality of our services, that includes the way we dress and how our officers handle situations and interactions in the field. Currently all of our security personnel has extensive backgrounds within the private security industry.

We provide limited remote CCTV monitoring services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Upon request, Our officers will wear face coverings/mask while inside of a building or if within 6 feet of another person.
We are continuously monitoring CDC guidelines to ensure we are providing a safe environment for our clients and their customers.
Static Guard Service
Midwest Protection Division offers security officers that will be assigned exclusively to your property. Security officers are available armed or unarmed depending on your needs. All of our officers are licensed through the state of Ohio and receive ongoing annual training to ensure they can adequately protect your property. Our security officers can be posted within a stationary area of your business to deter and prevent potential issues, or be assigned to patrol and conduct checks throughout the entire property.
Mobile Patrol Service
Midwest Protection Division offers a comprehensive vehicle patrol service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Highly Trained Patrol Officers will conduct random or scheduled checks of your property, ensuring the property is free from any theft, vandalism and disturbances. In addition to patrolling and responding to calls for service, Our patrol vehicles are clearly marked and serves as a visual deterrent, while our armed patrol officers are ready to handle any situation that may arise.
Alarm Response Service
Midwest Protection Division offers alarm & on-call response services, In addition Guardian Protective Division act as key holders to various properties and businesses allowing our officers to be the among first responders when an alarm is sound, allowing our clients to avoid those increasing costly fees imposed by alarm companies, police departments and other emergency services. This service is integrated into our Patrol Service allowing a faster response time.
Fire Watch Service
Midwest Protection Division offers specially trained fire watch officers, who posses the knowledge and training, that exceeds the state fire marshals standards and requirements for fire and smoke monitoring, when smoke and fire systems are non-operational.
