First time here!! The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you stay at the doubletree across the street you can get a $5. 00 day pass. Has everything you could think of in a fitness facility. There is a place for children to play and a place to eat and read also. More...

I would say that the personnel stands out at this gym. Everyone was super helpful and willing to ask to assist. I was somewhat lost visiting this gym and I didn't know where anything was. The cool part is how you can trade your keys for a locker, which means you don't need to remember a padlock, they got your back! I would appreciate a punching bag thou, I've been training at Golds where they have a ton, but membership assured me that they are planning to add some for future classes which is nice. They gave us a week trial to see how it goes, so far so good. Spin classes seem awesome, they will earn 5 stars as soon as they get some boxing equipment! More...

Nice pool but to be honest, the inside, compared to comparable nearby facilities is run down. The jacuzzi jets do not work. There are a lot of repairs that should be made to ceilings and a lot of rusty metal. Very dated indoor facilities in need of work. More...

I was here for a training but from what I saw, this facility offers numerous equipment for a multitude of workouts. Water stations are a available to refill or you can use a complimentary cup. Great facilty and super friendly staff. When you come in they greet you and offer assistance. The club is very clean. Towels and lockers with locks are available. They have food, drinks, and snacks on site. And for those visiting over night the Doubletree hotel right across the street. More...

Great Club and atmosphere. Best amenities present from Tennis Raquetball Swim Hot tub to a variety of classes and updated gym equipments. The management always working hard on bringing the best updates to the club and always listens to any suggestions. I could never thank Midlothian Athletic Club and the crew for making sure my son's 4th birthday party was a success! I initially contacted Jill one week before the party date after the first venue fell through. Jill went above and beyond to accommodate us and welcomed us with love even though they already had other parties scheduled during the same time frame. I could never repay Jill, Chuck and all the staff for all the hospitality, hard work, and smiles even with our large party size and all of my party needs. This was our first time visiting, but will definitely not be our last! I recommend Midlothian Athletic Club for all of your kid and adult water themed party needs! More...
