Middle Ranch served as the setting for my small, intimate engagement party a few weekends ago and I need to share my experience with this venue. We had originally planned on hosting our party at a ballroom but in the midst of Covid the indoor venue could not guarantee safety for us or our guests and had to cancel. We found Middle Ranch through online searching for outdoor venues and to our surprise this local gem popped up and we scheduled a tour with Estefania. From the beginning, we were met with nothing but kindness, graciousness, and clear information. We were told what they could accommodate for us which includes 60 inch tables, linens, chairs, lights, all dishes, utensils, and cups. Estefania worked with us to create a layout that suited us, followed Covid guidelines, and was comfortable for our guests. Even though we ended up renting a few things like chairs and cutlery, it was good to know the venue provided them should we need it. I must have emailed or called so many times between picking a date and the actual event, but they were always helpful and answered my questions and let me do site visits over and over again. They are prompt at answering emails and phone calls, which I really appreciated since I'm a stress ball and needed lots of reassurance. On the day of the event, everything was set up the way I had requested, the venue was clean, the bathrooms also clean and well stocked, and the fireplaces lit for us. It was just perfect. It truly ended up being so beautiful and it took very little additional decor to make it stunning. The place just has natural beauty and reminded me of someone's really well kept and beautiful backyard. We received so many compliments from our guests about the space. I'm just surprised more people don't host their events here. All in all, I am grateful to Middle Ranch, Estefania, and all of the staff for being accommodating, relaxed, kind, and very helpful throughout the planning and day of my event. My Wife and I discovered Middle Ranch through Yelp, as were still unsure where we were going to hold our ceremony. When we came to the property, we were not only impressed by the overall look of the venue, but also the staff and support. They were kind, professional, and helpful. As COVID progressed, we had to seriously change our outlook on the expectations we initially had. Middle Ranch was not only supportive of that, but very flexible to our many changes.In the end, the wedding turned out amazing, everything felt fluid and uninterrupted. So huge thanks and deserved credit goes to Middle Ranch and their staff, especially Estefania who went through a lot of trouble with us and for us to make sure we got the ceremony and reception we needed. Wonderful venue! Probably the most affordable as well with all the venues I've looked through!Unfortunately due to the pandemic I had to cancel my wedding and Estefania the event coordinator was so very accommodating and was very understanding. If my situation were to change, I would definitely have my wedding here again. It's super beautiful and was very flexible for brides who wants a more DIY wedding.Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for a wedding venue! More...
