Michael's Limousine & Bus Lines

We used Michael's for a white limo for our wedding. The driver Jim was very nice. He hung out with my family while we finished getting ready before escorting us outside to our ride. On the way to the ceremony the car was having some mechanical issues but he got us to the ceremony safely and on time. While photographers were taking all the family portraits he called for another vehicle so we didnt get stranded on the way to our reception. I did a wedding cruise and I booked a bus for 24 people about a month ago to be picked up at my house and transported to NY pier and then picked up and brought back a week later. Sophia worked with me for the booking and set up. She was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. Todd was our driver and he was very professional and a great driver, especially through the streets of NY! When he picked us up on the way back is was a nightmare getting his buss into the terminal to load all of us on, He did it with a smile and got us all home safely. We had a Birthday party on The Party Bus for my 13 year old daughter. They ate McDonald's, opened presents, played a game for their party favors all while cruising around. They had a blast and the service was outstanding. I would recommend them to everyone.

So imagine 10 girls, all dolled up and ready to go out for a girl's night for a 40th surprise birthday party and the limo breaks down on the way to get you. . you along with the company who you hired call all around looking for a replacement limo .. in a FRIDAY NIGHT! I arranged a Party Bus to take us to Foxwoods for my wife's 30th birthday party this past weekend. Dealing with Michael's was an extremely easy process. I received a call the morning of the party to notify me that the bus I had reserved was having mechanical problems. They upgraded us to a larger bus at no additional cost. It was clear that our satisfaction was of the utmost importance to them. The bus arrived on time and the driver Todd was great. When we accidentally left a phone charger and auxiliary cord on the bus, they mailed it to us the next day. Again - no extra charge, just excellent customer service. I am so glad I chose Michaels Limousine as my limo for my wedding day! The limo itself was extremely nice and well kept. Having a bunch of girls getting ready sometimes can take longer than expected! But the driver was so patient and full of smiles! He constantly was asking if there was anything we needed and when we had trouble with the stereo he pulled over to make sure we had some jams to dance to and have some fun! He was so polite and like I said extremely patient with such a large wedding party! The price was also one of the best I found and the owner was extremely nice and made sure that everything was correct and we had everything we needed!
