I have always been physically active and committed to healthy living (for the most part!) but it wasn't until I started working out with Michael that I got the results I had always been looking for but never knew how to achieve on my own. Michael openend my eyes to a healthier way of eating and taught me how to workout in a way that best suits me. I decided at the end of this summer that I needed some help combining a healthy diet with exercise. I started training with Michael at the beginning of September. ..and I am so happy I did! I've seen great results in less than 2 months and feel like a million bucks!
