I love coaching and working with individuals to bring about lifelong change because there's nothing more satisfying than seeing someone who has always been stuck start moving forward again in their life! What inspired you to start your own business?
It's my mission in life to be the best version of myself I can get--which means helping others on this journey too! I love what we do because each day brings new challenges that push me into uncharted territory.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Safety and the health of my clients are one of my highest priorities. As the pandemic's effects are still being felt, I've moved most of my coaching to remote and online if you live in New York City Metro Area, including North Jersey, we can meet up for sessions!

Some of the stressors that we deal with in our day-to-day lives—like traffic congestion or a deadline on something important--can't necessarily be controlled by us; however, there is still some power over these situations since it's up to each person whether they choose an actionable response versus complacency through inaction which would only add more pressure onto oneself without actually relieving anything!
Developing Positive Habits
Positive habits are nearly impossible to maintain without real accountability. I work with my clients to create habits that best fit their goals and lifestyles. Habits that match your vision and your values. Most importantly, I help you create habits that are easy to maintain long after the coaching session ends.
