My approach to any event is simple -- if the women are dancing then we'll all have a great time.

My name is Michael English aka DJ Mic Check -- a DJ based in the Raleigh-Durham North Carolina area.

My unique song selection and ability to float between genres like Funk, R&B, Hip Hop, Pop and Reggae has afforded me the opportunity to play at world renowned events like South by Southwest Music Festival, Dreamville Music Festival and Afro Tech Conference to name a few.
