First time visiting. Best Italian style pizza in our area. The Stromboli was very good, as well. The garlic knots were very good, but were small in size. Very small. The food was delicious; but, the service was about as poor as I have seen in years. The server we had was uninformed as to what she was serving. I asked her a couple of simple questions and she didn’t have an answer. Pizza and stromboli took over 30 minutes. Never asked about drink refills. We were going to order desserts but we were so disgusted with our service, we just wanted to leave.There were a couple of other small serving blunders, but , the main thing is, we will be back. Joe’s vodka sauce is the best. This the absolute best pizza in the area! True NY style!! Joe and Sandra are amazing people and do so much for the community too. We eat in or take out once a week.

We have been coming here for years. The service and food have always been amazing, but tonight the service was absolutely terrible! ! We came in and sat right away, our waitress came by after taking someones order and we asked for menus (that were under her arm) and she walked away to get more....*face palm*. We ordered drinks and garlic bread, the drinks came right to us. We're waiting, watched other people get their food, ordered our dinner (my mom got spaghetti, my daughter a kids slice with fries and my niece and I split a medium pizza and I ordered a small salad), waited some more...45 minutes go by and we have to ask where are garlic bread is. "Oh, it will be right up" another 10 mins go by then it comes. Our medium pizza comes shortly after, my daughters kid slice comes about 5 mins later with no fries. We're half way through with our dinner and my mom still hasn't gotten her spaghetti. She finds our waitress (which barely checked on us at all during our time there) and tells her to forget about the spaghetti and salad. The waitress brings our ticket and my mom asked for a manager, the waitress looked at my mom like she was dumb walked away then came back and in a rude tone said "the manager is right behind you" and walks off. My mom goes to the counter and asked the young lady behind the counter if she's the manager which she replied no to. So there's no manager on duty?!? We got a very insincere "sorry" from the ladies working there. We watched other people walk out from not getting service. They were completely unorganized. We have loved coming here for years, the food is outstanding but the service we had tonight was a complete turn off and was unacceptable. We might not come back for awhile. Very disappointed. More...
