I've been working with Mike for over a year now and he's one of the best trainers I've had the pleasure working with! I really dig his approach to strength training. He knows just the right time to challenge you or convince you to take it a little easy (especially when you are recovering from an injury). He doesn't buy into any of those "12 weeks to lose 50lbs!" gimmicks and instead puts you on a path to reaching your personal goals based on discipline, good form, small incremental changes, and consistency. Every time I work out with Mike, I work hard, have fun and I know Mike's got an eye on me so I don't hurt myself while lifting heavy shit! More...

As a fellow personal trainer and gym owner, I follow Mike and have become friends with him through powerful social media. He is a go to for me on all things nutrition and we share much philosophy on general fitness . Mike is a straight shooter. He keeps things simple yet educational. He takes the guesswork out by sticking to the basics; which may sound easy to do, but in this day of complex plans, promises and following the 'loudest' thing out there; that is no easy task.
