John Brown University had their Jr/Sr Banquet at the Rogers location Spring 2019. Everything was well done. The students absolutely loved the venue, as did the student leaders. Unlike other venues, the Metroplex staff cleaned the venue. They were very helpful and genuinely kind. Their decorations were beautiful, like the interior. And the spacious venue allowed for the perfect banquet. I highly recommend the Metroplex; they were helpful and professional from start to finish! More...

We had our company Christmas party at the Springdale Metroplex. Fredy and his team were very accommodating and easy to work with. They took care of a lot of the details, such as tables, chairs, table cloths, set up and clean up, which took a lot of planning off of my hands. Had our daughter's Sweet 16 last night and we had an amazing night. Owners held up their end of promises. Place looked beautiful and I am sure all our guests felt the same. We rented one of their smaller spaces, they have 3 at this location. It was large enough room for 100- 150 people comfortably. They supplied the DJ, photo booth, light up dance floor, decorated the space with our custom decorations, supplied an active officer for the door guy, and referred a balloon company to add more decorations. Their main room is an amazing space, large enough for most events, even a small concert.In conclusion, place was great, owners were great, event was a success.Thanks Freddy. More...

Nice place, plenty of place available to host big parties, can accommodate upto 1000 ppl i believe. There is ample parking available, however at the time I visited during September 2017, the lighting in the parking area was poorly lit.
