They continue to surpass my expectations with their flexibility and understanding what I am looking for and how to achieve the most of my events. I appreciate the detailed customer service, the team collaboration and that they want your event to not just succeed, but surpass a great experience. This place is TOP NOTCH. We hosted an outdoor community Pilates class, and so glad we hired Metro Media to help. First, the sound quality made our event really stand out. We also used our own DJ and the Metro worked really well with him to figure out what equipment needs we had and how to get everything integrated before the event. The day of the event everything went seamlessly. Rich and Jonny arrived early the day of the event to make sure we're all set up and ready to go. They were there throughout the event to make sure that everything went smoothly. As a small business, we understand the amount of work it takes to have this level of service.
