One of the businesses near mine in Alamo was having a special event this week with lots of traffic and the business hired Metro for security as it is a jewelry store and the guy on duty there was awesome! There are 3 businesses in our Plaza and 4 parking spots. This guy was there every time someone tried to park in front of my store and very politely asked them to park in the stores rear parking lot. I used these guys for my event security service in San Jose, CA and they were great. Hired two unarmed guard to patrol the perimeters of the event to ensure there's no minor drinking in the parking lot and also watch out for anyone not on the guest list. We started looking for security service in San Ramon, CA and came across a few companies we asked for a quote. Metro security services was the quickest to respond and was very professional going about it. Within the same day of request, Sulaiman came by the property and addressed our concerns and provided solutions his company was able to accommodate. I used to work with these guys back in 2019 and then moved away to San Jose and couldn't not be able to work with them. Very great company with really good security guard service. My family had a party and was in need of security so they called upon me to handle it. I went straight to the owner Suliamon and request guard service in San Jose, CA. They took great care of my sisters event security and waited till everyone left to make sure no one intoxicated was left behind. The community I manage has had some homeless problems lately and they have done a lot of damage to the property and with trash. What they would do is go to the dumpster and create a mess and then go bother the tenants. Finally I started to take action and look for security companies and came across a few. Out of the 3 security service I chose Metro Security due to their persistence, communication and timely updates in regards to the whole process. They weren't the cheapest but I am definitely glad I went with them as they had dramatically reduced the issues I was dealing with and sends me daily reports every single morning of the prior night so I am updated. We still have a few homeless problems here and there but Metro Security is always on top of it and reports it right away so we can be proactive. Sulaiman and Waseem have been absolutely fantastic. We originally contracted Metro Surveillance to monitor our headquarters after a few small items were stolen out of our parking garage. On the first night they patrolled, the person assigned to our location identified and scared off the perpetrator when they returned the very next night after our first reported incident.Then fast forward to COVID-19 and events that followed the protests/riots due to social unrest we called upon Metro again and they were able to place a guard at all of our locations. Not only did they monitor our entry ways, they verbally engaged our members and managed our lobbies with great efficiency. Both our staff and members all felt much safer with their presence.
