Words cannot adequately describe my wonderful experience with MPS, and Dylan Snapp immediately set a very positive tone in his initial phone call to me. He and his team are experienced, trained professionals with either military or law enforcement backgrounds. He has a very calm, reassuring, knowledgeable yet tough demeanor that immediately put me at ease and gave me a sense of peace. He sacrificed a lot of time talking to me as he sensed my anxiety about the issues I was experiencing at my property. Neither he nor his team treated my little home like it was a mere insignificant “fee”. They care about the security of your residence as if it were their own. As a matter of fact, on the very first day of patrol, he devoted extra time to my property due to past and recent events transpiring there. Dylan and his team are my nights in shining armor. I slept well knowing that the security of my property was in their capable hands. I’ve utilized Ontel Security and Delta Protective Services in the past.
