We are trained in Social and Emotional Intelligence, keep learning more and applying it in our lives. We are a married couple with three grown-up children, so we have gone through all sorts of challenges in life. We dealt with addictions, trust issues, depression, anger nanagement, and we've been using the same tools that we give to our clients in our own lives.

Absolutely! We conduct most of our sessions through Zoom. You can also come to our office in Arlington Heights, IL and have a session in person. Once you book a session, we'll send you the link to join a Zoom conference.
Couples Coaching
We work with couples, often 2-on-2, to help both partners express freely and receive feedback from both male and female perspectives. Infidelity, distrust, resentments, boredom, stress, lack of time are some of the issues we help couples work on.
