Our initial goal was weight loss, and I am so elated to have kept it off. We are currently working on increasing my strength, and I am excited that now I can do pull-ups.

Anthony is a fantastic trainer and he has motivated me through some challenging workouts. What I enjoy about training with him is the simpleness of his exercises. I've invested in expensive equipment and programs in the past, but all it really took was his guidance through consistency both with diet and exercise. He's not afraid to try new things to reach your goals and research answers if he doesn't know it.

He also trains my wife so I will recommend his services to anyone, and I encourage you to take your health in your hands and entrust your goals with hime.

I have trained with Anthony for some time and could not be happier. I have lost over 40 pounds, gained strength, toned and I feel more energetic. My initial hurdle was the self-drive to exercise, and I didn’t know what to do. So I trained with hime 3 times a week, now since losing the weight I train twice a week and I am glad to say that I have kept it off. I even completed my first 5K thanks to his encouragement.

I have back and knee issues and he has been able to work with me assuring that we train in a safe manner so that I don’t further aggravate it.

Otherwise, he is a fantastic trainer and will recommend him to anyone looking to jumpstart their health and to stick with it. Thank you Anthony.

Q&As

Fitness goals, whatever facet, are all about consistency which is done through creating realistic programs that are doable along with positive reinforcement. I am your coach, not your drill sergeant.

Consistency with exercise and nutrition. That entails a structured program with appropriate progressions and regressions of exercises. Nutrition means finding a balance of food that you can enjoy, along with appropriate portions, and not a diet of restriction.

Assisting people to be the best version of themselves, and alleviating any health concerns that they have. Creating a better quality of life in whatever phase of your life you may be in.

Going through health issues personally and seeing the power of what adjustments to physical activity and nutrition can do for healing the body.

I believe in long term benefits, and I know what it takes to solve most issues regarding the body. If I don't know it, I'll let you now but I will research it to provide you the best course of action. So, I want you to learn from me and graduate to a point where you can carry on and teach others.

Yes, I provide services remotely. What that entails are VR(Facetime or Zoom) sessions. For local clients, I recommend face-to-face sessions first to assure I can guide you through correct exercise motions. Once that comfort level has been built, then we add VR session to assure you are confident in performing those exercises to reduce any risk to injury. But, I also have programs that include videos to follow every exercise motion required.

Sanitizing after each session, assuring that I and all clients are COVID negative before performing face-to-face sessions.

Services

Functional Training is the foundation for all my specific programs.

What is it?
1) Utilizing bodyweight, dumbbells, and resistance bands with the foundation built on body motions we all perform on a daily basis, except performed in a challenging and controlled manner to increase performance efficiency. 2) Coupled with a balance component and varying circuits layouts will keep your body guessing and improving.

What to expect?
1) Weight loss, increase muscle tone, increase stamina, and increase cardio capacity. Weight loss is not a race its a steady journey of consistency that becomes a habit. So, expect long-term benefits not short term gains.

What is it not?
1) Short term weight loss

What to expect from your trainer?
1) One-on-one guidance, performing exercises with proper form to reduce any risk to injury. I am not a drill sergeant, I am your coach giving you reinforcement to keep you staying positive and consistent with your program.

2) Exercise homework will be given to you via my fitness app which includes formats and videos for reference.

What about Nutrition?
1) In my experience a prescribed meal plans fail rate is over 90% for the long term. Again our goal is long term benefits so, we work with what your current diet comprises of and make adjustments from there: Removing and adding foods, reducing portion sizes compressing eating windows, etc. This is Nutritional Guidance, not meal plans.
