What’s your signature dish?
Our Original Messy Jesse steak sandwich is by far our most prominent menu item. We take a toasted Brioche bun and put a layer of sautéed tomato on the bottom. We pile filet mignon on top, and sauté mushrooms and onions in Swiss and provolone cheese.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The nice thing about our food truck is that we can tailor all of our menu to fit the need's of our customers. Want different or double protein, no cheese, or maybe you want us to create something on the spot... we can do that!!! Every meal is made fresh and we offer gluten free and vegetarian items as well.
What do you love most about your job?
The combination of food, business, and entertaining. I like to offer an experience to my clients and their friends, or co-workers. Amazing and colorful food is just the beginning!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My father. I knew I wanted to grow up and own my own just like him.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures. Staff is vaccinated.
