I couldn't find a massage therapist in the valley that catered well to "sports massage therapy" specifically for mountain biking and my horrible muscles. .. I used to have a team sports massage therapist with a former road cycling team...and I couldn't find that good hurt until now with Amber at Mesa Medical Massage I ESPECIALLY recommend the Neuro Muscular therapy... which immediately relieves tension.. and Amber is the only one certified in NMT in the Grand Valley super clean, professional, and very strong. 100% will be coming at least monthly (after covid ) for a good "reset" thanks Amber! 5 stars! I highly recommend Mesa Medical Massage. I've been suffering for over two years with hip and sciatica issues. It was Amber who saw that i was hurting without even touching me. She knew..... just how i was standing. BAM two sessions later and wow i haven't felt relief in a long time. Lets say it was emotional moment to be pain free. Go see Amber I promise you she is AMAZING More...

I was unable to walk due to a very bad back muscle spasm that wouldn’t go away. Amber was able to get me back to work, exercise and martial arts again. Thank you!
