I've been using Merry Maids bi-weekly for 5 years. They are dependable and always do a great job. If I ever have a concern, (which is not often) they happily and quickly fix the problem. Highly recommend them!!

We are in middle of remodeling and there is dust and dirt everywhere. You could say it just a mess. Since moving down to St. Augustine I started using Merry Maids and I have found a huge difference in the level of service this company provides and specifically the quality of people they hire and train. Sholanda cleans my house amazingly every week! I have two large dogs that shed a lot. When she leaves not only is all the fur gone but the floors are perfect! Sholanda always arrives with a smile and leaves me notes letting me know where she put in a little extra attention. I feel so happy with Merry Maids and so lucky that they assigned Sholanda to me and my house. Merry Maids of St. Augustine has saved my sanity!! I am a full time working Mom who also homeschools a 2nd grader and Kindergartener. Needless to say, I have no time for deep cleaning! One of the girls (Jessica, Kate, they’re all great!) comes every other week and when I get home from work my house is spotless, and smells wonderful. They clean things every time that I only got to a few times a year! Base boards, windows, my sliding glass door. Floors, bathrooms, you name it! No dust anywhere! When we ran out of time to clean our old home while moving out of State, Merry Maids was recommended to us and we had them come and do the cleaning. We haven't seen the results ourselves but our Property Manager and other Contractors that have been to the property since have all commented what a GREAT job Merry Maids has done to clean up and prep the place for the Rental Market. My husband has always been a perfectionist. I have always worked outside the home, been a mother and still am to beautiful children and now a grandmother and cleaned house. I have always hated housework it seems I have done it all my life and it never ends. So now that I am retired I have tried several cleaning services so my husband is h as happy with the house, (he is still working) and I don't have to spend my retirement cleaning. The staff is very professional if there is anything you do not think is satisfactory they will make it right. They always call the next day to see if you are happy with the service you received. Every two weeks I get the distinct pleasure of walking into a home that smells and looks amazing and clean. I also love the fact that while Lauren cleans she takes the time to put items back into place with care and more of a design flare then I usually can muster.
