Went to look for a new lipstick. The lady who helped me was very nice and patient with me and gave me some samples to try before I bought. She also gave me a sample of a great lip exfoliating lotion.The personal service was a big plus and I loved a color she recommended, so I'm going back to purchase it along with the exfoliating lotion! Today was a great experience as I took my daughter to get a second ear piercing. We started out at somewhere else where it was loud, noisy, and we felt like a number to be rushed through. We then went to Merle Norman at Friendly Center. It was friendly, professional, and we felt cared for and appreciated. Surprisingly the pricing was comparable to the other place. I've been going to Merle Norman at Friendly for many years now, and have extremely sensitive skin. Amy has always been understanding and mindful of that, and has went out of her way to be cautious with anything new that was introduced to my face. After an awful experience at the store Hang Ups in High point, we decided to give this store a try. As soon as we walked in the lady was so friendly, but not pushy.
