My husband and I have worked with Esther a few times now and she's simply the best! She's professional, knowledgeable, caring and very genuine. She's incredibly prompt at replying back to emails and phone calls and was very thorough when answering all of my questions. She made herself available to us after normal business hours and on the weekends. It's hard to find people that you can trust, that truly have your best interest in mind. Exceptional customer service. They really go above and beyond for their clients. For example, they have dealt with our mortgage servicing company directly on our behalf and have drafted emails and letters on our behalf to different agencies to get information requested by the lender. All we need to do is sign and submit. It can be a headache navigating through all the documentation that is required but they make the process easy for you. My friend hired Linh for her first home purchased and she recommended her. At first I was not confident in hiring any more real etates agent. I was looking at places for 3 news. My pervious agent gave me a huge headache. However, my friend was convinced that Linh will do a great job. Her purchased closed in like 20 days. Then again, she bought a new construction. Since I had nothing to lose, I decided I'll give Linh a try. I met her once at a property, told her what I was looking for, and a week or two later went to a open house she recommended. The place was small but cute and wasn't all the way in the Boondocks. So we made an offer and three days later we were in escrow. That was crazy. Linh has been super helpful and communicates with us very well. She's a super hard worker, even on weekends! The team at Meridox are amazing and always ready to get you preapproved, re-preapproved, as well as getting your bid in on any given house. I know because we’ve made last minute requests.
Trying to find a nice house in Los Angeles is not easy. Thanks to Linh and Annamay we found the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. We looked at so many houses and I tell you our experience and process for purchasing our family home was seamless. No fret...no stress…loved it. The dynamic duo kept us informed throughout the entire process. They explained, reassured and walked us through all aspects of home buying.
