I've worked with Merideth twice now. Once when I first graduated from my Masters's program and was switching industries, and most recently, in my switch from a smaller company to a larger firm. Merideth's strength is developing exercises and frameworks that allow you to work independently on understanding both what you want in a job, and also how to position yourself. I was able to work through exercises on my own, and then use our sessions together to discuss insights on my independent work and also improve my answers for interview questions. In both cases when I worked with her, she helped me develop strong, targeted positioning and interview responses that ultimately landed me the jobs I was pursuing. What do you love most about your job?
I love helping executives achieve career fulfillment while also doing the finest work of their careers. The work is meaningful to me and it is an ideal blend of my talents:

What inspired you to start your own business?
My ladder was up the wrong wall; I had done well advancing up the ranks in a role and field that didn't take advantage of all my skills, talents, and passions. I worked with a career counselor and fell in love with the work she was doing with me, and decided to enter the field of professional coaching. That was in 2004. Since then, I've never looked back. My husband and are full-time partners in the business; he supports me and my clients from the back office and provides customer service support; I do all the coaching and facilitation.

I am one of the few master coaches I have met who can hold both helping you improve your leadership abilities with also helping you transform your career to be more fulfilling. My executive clients find me to be pragmatic, strategic, supportive, and intuitive. I provide accountability and structure so you can relax into the coaching experience and do the work. I also can interact with your senior leadership team for status meetings about the coaching as well as conduct a qualitative 360 review if needed so you can gain additional input on how others perceive you, your strengths, and opportunities to improve. I've worked with hundreds of leaders over 20 years of doing this work and have a wealth of best practice stories to share with you when you need support figuring out how to tackle a thorny challenge related to your career and leadership. I have a strong network we can draw upon for informational interviews as needed.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, my coaching services are provided online and remotely. I coach executives all in the Bay Area and nationwide using Zoom, phone calls, text, and emails. I communicate and partner with my clients using various online platforms (Google Drive, Acuity Scheduling, Teachable and Basecamp) to collaborate on their goals. I have a learning platform on Teachable where videos, templates, and sample scripts and other materials are available for 24x7 access by the executives I coach. For facilitation services for groups and companies, I do the work either remotely or in-person as needed.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All my coaching is done one-on-one virtually by Zoom or phone.
I offer group facilitation in person or virtually.
My team and I are fully vaccinated.
