Emotional and behavioral challenges are normal, and understanding how stressors affect our mental wellness is critical to improving quality of life. Our free counseling services promote the integration of behavioral health and physical health, with a focus on early intervention.
Education
Prevention, early intervention, and education are key to helping professionals and loved ones identify potential mental health issues. Using a Caring Competent Community (CCC) model centered on suicide prevention, we implement a multi-tiered approach that includes the evidence-based Lifelines program and Mental Health First Aid to identify and respond to local needs.

There is a direct relationship between housing, finance, and mental wellness, so our approach is holistic: we empower individuals and families with solution-based strategies that promote independence and personal fulfillment.
