I was thrilled with my experience with Menlo Botanica. Last November, I reached out to Lisa and her team for help with a bouquet and a vase centerpiece for a last minute mini wedding ceremony. I had met with Lisa once before in February when we were planning a larger celebration (ultimately canceled due to COVID). Lisa referenced her notes and spent additional time with me on the phone to ensure she understood exactly what I was looking for, and then she and her team put together the two arrangements in about a week. The arrangements were unique and gorgeous, and many of the flowers stayed looking fresh for many days after the ceremony (longer than bouquets I've had from other places!), which was an added bonus. The team also made pick up/transport of the flowers the night before really easy. I highly recommend Menlo Botanica. Lisa and her team did the Flowers for my Wedding October 2020 (during the pandemic) and they were PERFECT!! I honestly wouldn't change anything about the flowers and they really made the wedding kicked up a notch. We only had 20 people, but I last minute changed to a bigger Garden Court venue and Lisa really helped me make it happen! She came to the venue numerous times and constantly helped me make flower choices. She is very efficient and organized. The flowers were beautiful and fresh and my bouquet was amazing!I came into it not really caring about the flowers, as long as my wedding dress was perfect, but Lisa really showed me how the flowers are important to a Wedding. I was not disappointed. My bouquet even lasted throughout the whole wedding, car ride to the beach, and back! The flowers seriously make the pictures bloom, no pun intended. I am speechless with how BEAUTIFUL the arrangement I ordered came out. Words don't do any justice! Came out 100x better than the picture online! Lisa and her team at Menlo Botanica have once again outdone themselves! This time, they created floral arrangements for our son's wedding weekend welcome dinner. Lisa's stunning creations blended a sense of autumn, wedding and Santa Barbara (the wedding location) with gorgeous seasonal flowers. The BEST! I live in Los Angeles and my mom is located in San Mateo. She turned 60 today and with everything going on, I was looking for a local florist to deliver flowers to her. Not only did I get an immediate open wave of communication the second I inquired, but the floral arrangement delivered to my mom brought her to tears. A bit difficult to find from Arbor Road but once I found it, I was welcomed and felt very comfortable ordering my flower arrangement. 3 ladies assisted me and it couldn't have made it easier for me to make my purchase. The roses were beautiful and they made sure I felt welcome and at ease.They had a slight problem with their Stripe payment machine, but were very accommodating the entire time and extremely pleasant.Would highly recommend this florist for any occasion.
