About

Gone are the days of two hour gym workouts or logging endless miles on the treadmill while watching a reality t.v. re-run. Results don't come from fancy exercise machines or some random YouTube workout video. We take a minimalist approach and show you that real fitness is created when a well thought out program meets drive, discipline and an iron will. I'll supply the program. You bring the rest.

Q&As

I started my own fitness business to show people that there is a better way to getting fit. Gone are the days of isolation exercises, leg extensions and endless upon endless miles on the treadmill. Our way uses minimal equipment and relies heavily on compound movements, which have the greatest return on investment. We pair this up with a nutrition plan specific to each clients goal and with consistency and hard work, each and every goal can be attained.

There is no secret! Hard work and discipline over motivation are what gets you there.

That moment when a client does something for the first time that they never thought was possible when they first came in. Whether its a box jump, pull up, push up, lifting 100 pounds over their head or getting their first jump rope! That look of accomplishment is all I need.

Being in that big box gym atmosphere really brought to light the deficiencies that are in traditional personal training. Its not about helping people, its about making a profit. Don't get me wrong, I don't do this for free but my main concern is making progress on the clients goals and not worrying about if they will renew at the end of the month.

Like a said previously, my goal is to teach people something. I've been training people for years from all walks of life. Everything I ask of my clients, I have tested out on myself to be sure of safety and efficacy. I believe fitness is similar to a science experiment. There's a lot of trial and error involved and variables are constantly changing. That kind of thing can be difficult for anyone to navigate on their own and that's why I'm here to help. We all have goals we want to accomplish but there's one thing I can tell you from experience. A goal without a plan is just a wish. Let me help you with the plan.
