Ordered the steam chicken and curry chicken yesterday with plantain, rice and peas, potato salad, baked macaroni, and steamed veggies. The nonprofit where I work hosted a Holiday Party and we chose to use Meme’s as our caterer. What a fabulous decision! The entire night I had guests asking where the meal was from. It was delicious! My family is from Trinidad, so living in northwest Arkansas I’ve been missing the food. I was so excited when Meme’s opened, and they 100% deserve that excitement. The food is excellent! My favorites are pelau and macaroni pie. There’s a bit of a wait to get your food, but I think it’s worth it. Everything is fresh and delicious and tastes like home.
