So excited to post this review of this florist! I hope that this business gets more orders and positive reviews because they did go above and beyond for me, and in my humble opinion, they deserve all the business they can get! Because why? They are simply the best! Here's the rundown;I ordered flowers for my Auntie today in celebration of her birthday and since this is a very last-minute order (they are going to close in less than 2 hours), I was ready to understand if I cannot be accommodated. So I called and a very nice gentleman named Hovo answered the phone. Now, I cannot emphasize enough how gracious and kind he was when he was taking my order. I also gave him my budget and he said "yes absolutely I can make a beautiful bouquet for your budget". And when I asked if the flowers could be delivered, he even gave me a delivery fee discount (50% off)! After I placed my order and provided him with the details for delivery, he kept me updated (with photos) and sent me a text when it was delivered. I am honestly blown away with the efficiency, professionalism and kindness of this man and let me tell you, Meme Flowers earned my business for life! I will also be recommending him to friends and family because more people should patronize a business like this where they treat you in the very best way possible.  I also have a feeling that not only is Hovo passionate about his business and genuinely nice, he really cares about his clients (which is so rare nowadays) I felt that mine wasn't just an order to him, my order was treated with importance and urgency. And of course, I cannot forget to mention that the flowers are out-of this-world gorgeous! They are so beautiful and I couldn't be happier! This business doesn't just deserve 5 stars, it deserves the whole galaxy! Thank you again, Hovo, for everything!
