If I could give Melo Construction (10) Stars, I would. Â This contractor is honest and reliable. Â His prices are very reasonable compared to other quotes I received from other roofing contractors. We decided to go with Faustino's estimate after discussing the project with him, he was extremely pleasant & professional! He gave a very fair price! His crew came when he said they would! They were as pleasant & professional as the owner. Very knowledgeable! They worked hard &&&& fast!! My husband was very impressed with products used & the expertise shown! We knew there was some water damage done & Faustino was honest saying the price might change depending on what he found behind the gutters & fascia boards. There was an 8ft that needed to be replaced so were expecting to pay quite a bit more. I can not say enough positive things about the owner, company & crew!!! The areas around the house were left in much better condition than when they started the job. We were surprised & delighted when Faustino old us he just wanted the check to be written for just the quoted amount!! He is an honest & good man! I know I will probably never need a new roof but I would definitely do business with them again & no highly recommend them! More...

Faustino Melo is the best contractor I have ever worked with in 30 years as a real estate broker. He and his crew are number 1 in service, attention to detail, cost, promptness. Melo's construction is the best contractor I have every worked with. The owner Faustino is very professional, and you can tell he knows what he is doing! We wanted to take down a wall in our house, that was once an exterior wall. It was a big project that his team was not scared to take on. In one day his team very neatly took down the wall and added the needed support beams.
