Hello! My name is Melissa and I'm an ISSA certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified(nutritional coaching) and I train at Zach’s Club West. For the past 3 years I've been working with individual clients and clients that like small group training style sessions. I teach small changes produce huge results! My goals for all my clients is to have an understanding of how to safely and effectively exercise, how to incorporate better nutritional habits/ choices and to help make necessary lifestyle changes to reach their goals!!! My own fitness journey began about 10 years ago as a stress reliever and flourished into my passion. I started powerlifting in 2018 and competed in my first USPA meet in January 2019.
