The number one priority is establishing a consistent habit to exercise. Once it is part of your routine, it is easy to optimize the specific workout to reach the desired goals.

Consistency and habit. Once a habit has been created it is natural to want to continue to workout, even on days when you don't particularly feel like it. It becomes like brushing your teeth.

I love helping people to reach their goals. I am passionate about exercise and health and I thrive on sharing that with my clients and helping them on their way to a long and healthy active life.

I work with clients who prefer to workout at home rather than in a gym setting.

I work with clients to figure out the best way to make exercise and movement an integral part of their lives.

I can provide online services. We can have sessions via video call.

For in person training I will wear an N95 mask if requested. I am fully vaccinated and I get regular boosters.

I will formulate a personalized workout program for you and help you make healthy eating choices. You can do your workouts on your own or via video call with me.
