I am a runner who needs flexibility, modality and strength training. Megan has helped me navigate and incorporate all three needs endlessly. She in thorough figuring out what the trigger is, explains how to correct the issue and follows up.

Megan also has provided similar experiences for my children who are multi-sport athletes. She is gentle and kind but firm in direction.

Would recommend her to anyone!!

Megan was fantastic to work with, when it came to strengthening my shoulder. I dislocated my shoulder and she really helped me be able to figure out the best plan and routine to build back my strength. She was professional, polite, and patient with me.
