What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people grow and start moving forward on issues that have held them back in life. I believe that the past doesn't define you and you can have a life bigger than you ever thought if you're willing to do the work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a business coach for 15 years and loved it but I realized that the joy that I got from it was seeing the people in the company own personal growth, so I decided that I wanted to follow my passion and become a certified life coach. I opened my company 3 years and have never been happier. If I didn't follow my passion how would I be able to help someone follow there's.

I realize that no one fits into a box so I personalize what I do depending on your individual needs. What I am consistent with is that I want this to be a safe place to talk and share with no judgements. I am here to listen, support, motivate, inspire and hold you accountable so you start living your best life.

Yes, I do this through phone calls, Zoom and FaceTime
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have gone completely remote since March 2020 and the way that I have done this is though phones calls, zoom and FaceTime. I am also available by text for questions in-between sessions.
Life Coaching
I work with pre-teens, teens, adults, couples and families. I specialize in building self confidence, relationships (and co-dependency), life goals, accountability and trauma. I also work with people in recovery and family and friends of addicts.
