The Cubed Cake is so so worth it!!! Oh my gosh way better than I expected and really made my day! Can't recommend it enough! We got the Pistachio and it was perfect! The white cake wasn't soggy, if anything it was pistachio infused itself and paired perfectly (not too sweet) with the pistachio buttercream and ganache. Super amazing! Looking forward to trying more! More...

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Meeting with our potential client. Going over a series of questions (wish lists, must haves, DO NOTs and more). Creating a mock drawing and design and sharing an itemized pricing list so NO hidden fees. Once approved we start creating the timeline and perfecting details.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing their vision come to life and the final product. Having the customers breath taken away when seeing the table!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Always had the drive to create and challenge myself. Having your own business is a constant challenge with something new everyday. With being in Upstate NY, Middle Eastern cuisine isn't well known and appreciated. Would love to have more customers enjoy the richness and flavors in the food.

We work out of a licensed commercial kitchen with no retail storefront. Some of our products ship nationwide but for catering, we service the Greater Capital Region of Upstate NY

We take extra precaution with sanitation and our customers. Ensuring our staff is following healthy and safety guidelines (Wearing masks, gloves, sanitation protocols).

HUGE DEMAND for non-alcoholic drinks. As somone who has never drank alcohol and gets upset everytime I go to an event and there are ONLY fancy alcoholic drinks. It is a huge let down.

Vegan Catering
We specialize in Vegan Desserts (majority of our desserts can be made vegan) even our MIddle Eastern specials!
Savory or Sweet we have you covered with allergens. We use separate equipment and always re-sanitize when an allergen is concerned.
