I worked with Nico for a few years (until sadly I moved far away from him), and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He has been an incredible support system for me, both physically and mentally.
Not only has he helped me gain a better understanding of my body and fitness, but he has also increased my mobility, made me more aware of the importance of breath work, posture, and also helped me strength train.
What sets Nico apart from others is his ability to adapt his training approach to suit my changing needs. When I became pregnant with my first child, he worked with me to create a safe and effective fitness routine that helped me stay fit and healthy throughout my pregnancy. He clearly has done his research to understand diversity of needs. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and happy with the workouts we were doing.
One of the things I appreciate most about Nico is how well he knows me. He took the time to understand my goals, my strengths, and my limitations, and he used that knowledge to create personalized workouts that challenged me without pushing me too far. I always looked forward to our twice weekly sessions because I knew that I would be getting a great workout while also having fun and feeling supported.
Overall, I would highly recommend Nico to anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall health. He’s an excellent trainer and I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to work with him for so long.

Training with Nico has been an amazing journey! It opened my eyes to more than just weight and strength training. There is breathing, movement and flexibility that are all intertwined into a well rounded view of fitness that carries over into every day life. I have worked with Nico since 2017. He has taken me from a very broken body with serious chronic illness to a winning competitor in Powerlifting.
Although I am now over 1700 miles away, his regular Zoom sessions with me comprise a rigorous flexibility, mobility and muscle progression to deal with my MS issues.
He is thoroughly competent in his field and continuously researches a multitude of resources to meet needs as he goes. He demonstrates this by his own life ethic as he applies it to working with me.
