Would highly recommend Mark and the team at Mearhoff Insurance. I recently added a teen driver to my policy and was dumbfounded at the ridiculous rate increases I was quoted by my former insurer of 10 years. I talked to Mark and he did a full review of my policies and was consultative on where I should increase coverage limits. I'm very depressed.why you ask?,because I moved to Colorado and can't take mearhoff insurance with me. Let me share my experience. I'm 40 now and have dealt with mearhoff since I was 20 getting ravaged by all your top named insurance companies,all state,prudential,state farm you name it lies,deceit, and premiums that never seem to stay the same year from year. The very first time sitting down with Mark he saved me over 1000 dollars that first year and get this better coverage. It DEFINITELY pays to go with a great broker like mearhoff. I never had to go anywhere else or have a reason to. There were a couple times out of the blue I got calls saying hey Matt was just checking around and Found you someplace cheaper with better coverage .I mean who does that not the big companies that want to keep bleeding you dry every year. I've been out here in Colorado for sometime now and I'm so unhappy with the insurance companies and brokers that could care less. I just wanted to come on here and write my experience I've had with mearhoff because every time my premiums go up out here I keep thinking how thankful and glad I was to had mearhoff when I was in pa. Great Agency, we have home, auto and business insurance with them for over 10 years now. They always get us the best price and go above and beyond. I was in the office a few years ago on a Saturday morning. Mark Mearhoff and his sister were in and their father Lee Mearhoff walked in behind me. They were all looking a bit tired and proceeded to tell me they had been up all night. One of their clients had a house fire in the middle of the night and had lost everything. The whole Mearhoff family showed up at the home while the fire department was putting out the fire. Bringing them, food, clothes, cash and found them a hotel to stay the night until they set up a more permanent place to stay. This is what I want for my family should a tragedy ever happen.
