What’s your signature dish?
Our beef broccoli, which we use seasoned angus tri-tip tossed in a savory sauce served alongside udon noodles and steamed broccoli.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We are foodies ourselves so we go off of what sounds good to us as well as inspiration from those around us. We make sure that we provide low calorie and high protein options.
What do you love most about your job?
Going above and beyond for our customer. That can be anything from making the perfect meal, to honoring special requests or just executing everything perfectly regarding our service for a customer's special event.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted to take our many years of experience in the restaurant industry and apply it to our own company and work for ourselves. We made many people happy throughout the years and we wanted to continue to do that and build on those relationships but with our own company and our guidelines.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we are guest first. One thing we learned about working many years in fine dining is we are all about the guest. The guest/customer is the one who ultimately pays our bills and we are grateful for that. In turn we want to make sure we go above and beyond for those that take care of us and our families.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ensure our employees stay home when they are feeling ill and we provide contactless delivery when requested.
Bartending
We can bartend for any size event. We have 25+ years experience ranging from basic beer, wine, and cocktails to craft cocktails and creating customized menus.
Catering
We offer a wide variety of options. Originally began as a meal prep company (which we still operate) we took all of our knowledge gained from that business and applied it to catering.
