My husband and I had been to several other furniture stores before going to McLaughlin's, looking for two matching leather chairs and had a specific idea of what we wanted. We were so pleasantly surprised that we found two chairs we loved here and purchased a set of one of the styles, and even found a side table to go with them! I love the great selection of made to order beautiful furniture. We purchased a couch and chair. They arrived today and I couldn't be more thrilled! I'm absolutely ecstatic! My husband and I have purchased furniture at Mclaughlin's in Novi and and have had very good experiences both times. In my opinion the furniture is high quality and the staff was helpful. The first sale was with a gentleman, who new a lot about baseball and was fun to talk with, really went the extra mile arranging shipping, etc. Next, a saleswoman checked out fabric availability and alternatives for a piece we needed even though it was a smaller sale.
