What do you love most about your job?
I love those moments when a skill a student has been working on finally "clicks," and they find that they are able to do something that felt difficult to them when they first attempted the piece or musical passage. I also love watching as students move from beginners to intermediate to advanced levels. They all move at their own individual paces, and I feel privileged to help them in their musical progression.

Yes, services are provided online via a platform designed especially for music lessons. I also offer in-studio lessons here in Lexington, Kentucky. My online lessons have been very successful, for students of all ages and levels, including brand new beginners. I offer a 4-day workshop option for beginners, with all materials included. This workshop gives students a kick-start to their lessons. Summer is a great time to sign up for new lessons, whether online or in person.
Piano Lessons
I offer live online piano lessons for students of all ages. Lessons are tailored to meet the needs of each student, including a customized curriculum and carefully-selected materials. Lessons are available in private and group formats, and in durations of 45- and 60-minutes (or more for more advanced students).
Horn Lessons
I offer live online French horn lessons for students of all ages, from beginning band students through college preparatory levels. Lessons are tailored to meet the musical needs of the student. I select materials and plan a customized curriculum, including exercises composed especially for the student. Lessons are available in durations of 30- 45- and 60-minutes.
