McGuire Homes creates a design like no other here locally in the Champaign Area! As a broker I have had the pleasure of marketing her plans and designs. Her and her design team make my job pretty easy! :) Her attention to detail, finishes, trends, exceeds so many others. If you haven't had the chance to tour one of her masterpieces you are truly missing out! She is one of the few that really knows what a "Custom" home is. Beyond new construction she has recognized the need to put her design team to work on remodels and redesigns of existing homes. Her entire team and staff will come in meet with you, and provide you with a plan that will exceed your expectations. Nicole and team have created a style unique to our area that is beautiful, trendy and quality. They are truly a full circle design center from planning the floor plan of your home to finishes to interior design once it is built. They also do remodels! (where were you when I did mine 2 years ago) They have assisted our team, THE NATE EVANS GROUP, with redesigning homes finishes that have challenges for buyers and have been able to do it where it financially makes sense for the sellers.
