What do you love most about your job?
I`ve been in the business 40 years. This is a new start up, we love being of service to the customers, we love employing people, we love building relationships with everyday people like us. We love and believe in supporting the communities in which we operate.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my first job in 1975. I was a sophomore in high school. I got a job working through a government program for disadvantaged youth. Stripping and waxing floors, minor janitorial, and I`ve been hooked ever since. The reason why we started our business is because I got tired of cleaning toilets for less than $5 an hour. I promised myself at an early age that I was going to be an employer and then I will refuse to pay our employees less than minimum wage. 40 years later here we are. We take pride in paying our employees prevailing wages $32 an hour or more.
Why should our clients choose you?
We communicate what our employees in the field and in the accounts real time, face time, messenger. We have software where they clock in and clock out. We have software when they show up to work they have to take a picture. When they clean a restroom, they have to take a picture. When they scrub the floor, they have to take a picture. We get those pictures in real time, to the minute. If we don`t receive those pictures, we know they did not show up for work and we also get alerts. No show. A no show, no call is unacceptable. We have district managers, operations managers, account managers, team leaders and team workers. All in development because we are a new start up with 40 years experience. All managers are working managers. If the team worker or team leader doesn`t show up that means that manager has to get out of bed, we don`t care if it`s Christmas, new year's, or their kid`s birthday, they better get out of bed and take care of that accounts. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
90% of our employees are vaccinated and we wear masks. But mask are not mandatory.
