Good food, reasonable prices. This location is right next to Kennesaw State University, so it seems to have a lot of college kids working and eating here. Very attentive and friendly staff. On my last visit, the lady offered me a refill and cleared my plate. It's setup for quick service, but that feels more like a full service experience.I've enjoyed a number of their dishes, but my favorite are the spuds. Food was great. Ordered a turkey sandwich and veggie chili and their famous sweet tea. The restaurant had a side door cracked open though while guests sat inside to stay warm. With the outside 47-degree weather, it quickly made the place very cold. It was my first time there and I was impressed with the food. It was fresh and we had prompt service. It was very clean and the girl that was at the counter was very helpful with answering any questions I had about items on the menu. I love this McAlister’s! Yesterday I came for lunch and completely forgot my wallet. I was really embarrassed but the manager insisted not to worry about it - that lunch was on them. Wonderful customer service!! Very attentive staff and manager. Clean restaurant, fresh food and friendly staff. Well-worth the travel across town. An error was made on my order. Manager and cashier extremely apologetic and handled the situation with superior professionalism. You can never go wrong with a McAlister’s spud.
