Customer Service -4 Stars.... Friendly faces every visit.Quality food -4stars... Always fresh and very tasty. They have a seasonal mushroom soup that is beyond delicious. Wait time -4stars... Definitely a great place to go for lunch. In and out in a timely manner is what matters when you have an hour for lunch.Other- Cookies need to baked just a little longer sometimes the middle of the cookie is not done....Yikes! More...

This place brought me back to my college days. It was my go-to when I was on campus and didn't bring lunch. Their chicken tortilla soup will forever be my favorite item to get from McAlister's. I was so excited to hear that they opened a location so close to home. I didn't mind driving to the SL location but if I'm ever craving their food I don't have to drive to the other side of town. It was dead when I walked in and it was near dinner time. Eventually it got packed 40 mins later. I will be back to get my chicken tortilla soup fix! More...

the staff here is friendly and happy to help, the prices for the food are okay, the cleanliness and hospitality kind of makes up for how much everything costs. Definitely reccomend the potato soup, a very cute nice new place to try if youre ever bored of the same old everyday places. More...

This was a really nice place with very attentive staff, if not overly attentive, because many people don't realize it's open due to all the construction around this place. I like the variety of sandwiches and the combos where you can mix and match things. They do have unique tastes on classics like muchroom soup, which tastes like portobello mushroom, which gives the soup a distinct flavor. The only comparison I'll make to Jason's Deli is that you may not feel full after the combo. With the McAlister's you get the soup and sandwich. Jason's Deli will still add chips, which won't make you feel like you haven't eaten anything.It's not a knock against them, but something you should consider. I'm interested in coming back here again, once it gets busier, because you'll have a better idea of how attentive the staff is once it is busy. Great customer service, friendly helpful staff Gianna was so helpful in completing my order that I had changed last minute! I appreciate her attention to detail in getting a manager to assure my order was correct. The place is clean and staff very prompt.
