Worst experience ever. Completely unknowledgeable and unprofessional. I tried to support a black owned and community business but after turning over all my financial information I a received an incomplete return weeks later with my name and address incorrect. After paying in full and chasing the owner Michelle for weeks she refused to fix my returns, said she would not put her name on them. When I tried to explain that she was costing me thousands of dollars in refund by doing them incorrectly and all she had to was call the IRS to verify that I qualify she refused to even make the call. To TOP the cake I now I just found out someone mysteriously used my information during that time to fraudulently get approved for an $85k loan. Please BEWARE!!!! Too bad they don't have ZERO stars. Hello Malik. As a Tax Professional, we have to uphold a code of ethics. Clients claims have to be substantiated by documentation. If the IRS or state requests backup and we can’t produce it, we can be fined and jeopardize losing our business. After the back & forth with documents, you received a completed 2018 & 2019 Tax Returns with my company information preprinted in them. My PTIN is my signature. You received and use these tax returns with a personal deal. A week later you expressed changes you wanted made. I sent you a tax organizer to outline your changes as they dealt with changing of numbers. I have no problem making those changes if you complete them in the organizer and submit them writing. Neither myself, nor my staff can make changes for clients without it being documented. I’m sorry you were dissatisfied with services, but I have to protect my business and my name. ALL FURTHER ACCUSATIONS ARE FALSE AND NO NEED FOR ME TO ADDRESS!! Best wishes and all small businesses should have an accounting system in place to avoid having these issues. Regards, Michelle
