Matt has an extensive knowledge of the human body. He's helped me with my posture and sports injuries tremendously. Matt discovered the true sources of how I received the injuries and the best course of action to take.
Another great thing about Matt is his professionalism. He isn't pushy with sales or making sudden changes in regards to diet, routine, and exercise (unless you wish that or something desperately needs change).
During sessions he can be conversational or silent depending on what you want. He acts in good faith and is patient. I can't recommend him enough.

My wife and I researched many personal trainers and Matt has been a savior!
He has the experience and intuition to take you to your limits without leaving you wrecked the next day (unless of course that’s what you want).
His facility is immaculate and the other trainers are polite and easy going.
There’s never too many people in the gym at once as Matt keeps it controlled and comfortable.
I would absolutely recommend Matt and MB Sports Medicine to anyone at any fitness level who is interested or in need of personal training and a having good time working out!
