We’ve just had our lounge/ diner carpet cleaned and it now looks like brand new also our kitchen has a karndean floor which had lost its shine again this looks like new. Where do I start? 2 days after moving into our beautiful new home, the dog decided he didnt like the stair gate. He ripped the carpet from the threshold (photo attached) honestly have never been so upset! I found north star cleaning on Google, after thinking how am I going to replace over £1000 worth of carpet when we had just moved! the quote was reasonable, so friendly on the phone and reassured me he would fix it, I booked in straight away. Today, they arrived! both lovely men who went above and beyond to help me, even moving new carpet that was for a bedroom upstairs for me, as the delivery driver just dumped it! They repaired the carpet first which I was amazed with, then cleaned it. from the previous owners it was filth and its come up brand new, and smells lovely! The repair is barely noticable, it just needs wearing down to blend in more with the older carpet but we can live with that for now. Its 1000x better than a gaping hole eyesore. I will be rebooking for regular carpet cleans and hopefully not repairs! would defo recommend, friendly service! thank you so much once again! More...

Wow! We've had our carpet cleaned today (very large living area approximately 10m x 7m) - we've been in our home for 3 years and this is the first clean it's had and with animals in the house (and all the nasty stains that come with them when they have 'accidents') . you can picture the carpet not being in the best of conditions and with quite a few visible stains on it that I had failed to get out. Anyway... along comes Gary and less than 2 hours later anyone would think we'd had a new carpet put down. Stains completely gone :) Wow! Wow! So if anyone wants their carpets cleaned then, in my opinion, Gary's your man. He's also a member of Checkatrade (another online site that has never let me down). Very competitively priced too. Oh!
